Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 5th September 2025

This policy explains how Reflex Rumble LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles delivery, installation, and collection of equipment for both long-term rentals (profit share) and short-term event hire.

✅ Free UK-Wide Delivery

  • We provide free delivery, installation, and collection anywhere in the UK under our profit-sharing rental model.

  • No upfront fees, no delivery charges – we take care of everything.

Event Hire

 Delivery Charges

  • £60 flat rate for locations within 25 miles of our base postcode: EC2A 4NE

  • + £0.50 per mile for each mile beyond 25 miles (charged one-way)

  • Includes delivery, professional setup, and collection after your event.

❌ Missed / Failed Delivery Fee

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons outside our control (e.g. no one available on-site, incorrect details provided, venue access denied), the following charges will apply:

  • £60 flat charge

  • + £0.50 per mile (return trip)

⚠️ To avoid this, please ensure:

  • Venue access is arranged in advance.

  • Someone is present at the agreed delivery time.

  • All booking details provided are accurate.
