4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If you cancel within a specified period before the event (outlined in your booking agreement), additional cancellation fees may apply.

  • If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments made, but we are not liable for additional costs incurred by you.

5. Services & Availability

  • We strive to deliver our services as described, but we reserve the right to make reasonable changes where necessary (e.g., due to technical issues, safety requirements, or venue restrictions).

  • We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to weather, power outages, or third-party issues).

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reflex Rumble LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

  • Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant booking.
