This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Reflex Rumble LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

All deposits are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined in Section 2.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if:

Reflex Rumble LTD fails to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control, or

A government-mandated COVID-19 outbreak or restriction directly causes the cancellation of your event.
3. Balance Payments

Any remaining balance (beyond the deposit) may be subject to separate cancellation terms, as detailed in your booking agreement.

Where applicable, we may offer a rescheduling option as an alternative to cancellation.
4. No Refunds in Other Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for customer cancellations, changes of mind, or events cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., venue issues, weather conditions, third-party failures).
5. How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Refunds will typically be processed within 14 business days of approval.
