Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Reflex Rumble LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined in Section 2.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • Reflex Rumble LTD fails to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control, or

  • A government-mandated COVID-19 outbreak or restriction directly causes the cancellation of your event.

3. Balance Payments

  • Any remaining balance (beyond the deposit) may be subject to separate cancellation terms, as detailed in your booking agreement.

  • Where applicable, we may offer a rescheduling option as an alternative to cancellation.

4. No Refunds in Other Circumstances

  • Refunds will not be provided for customer cancellations, changes of mind, or events cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., venue issues, weather conditions, third-party failures).

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Refunds will typically be processed within 14 business days of approval.
